Due to recent confirmed cases of the Coronavirus in Western Washington and cold and flu season in general, and to ensure the safety for our employees, customers, and community members, Jefferson County PUD encourages its customers to pay bills and access services online via the PUD’s website https://www.jeffpud.org/.

While our customer service office is open, we ask customers to consider using our online services instead of coming into the office when applicable. Our online services work on mobile phones, tablets, and desktop computers.

PUD customers can also pay bills over the phone, through the mail, or at one of our payment dropboxes.
