Jefferson County PUD’s online bill paying application, Smart Hub, allows customers more control over their utility account. View and compare usage data, report outages instantly, or pay your bill anytime with the tap of a finger, either on your home computer or smartphone via downloadable mobile app. Going paperless saves trees, prevents waste, and reduces costs for the PUD. Sign up for Paperless Billing and AutoPay together and get a onetime $10 credit on your next bill. Sign-up instructions below or go straight to SmartHub

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

LOG IN OR SIGN UP FOR SMARTHUB
- Make sure to have your paper bill on hand to get your account number entered and go to jeffpud.smarthub.coop. Click on New User signup.
UPDATE MY PAPERLESS SETTINGS
- Once signed in, click “My Profile” on the top bar and then select Update My Paperless Settings. Click to turn Paperless on.
SIGN UP FOR AUTOPAY
- Never worry about paying a bill again. Choose to enter either a credit or debit card -OR- link your checking account number to automatically have your bill paid each month. Signing up for Auto-Pay saves time for customers and staff. We repay the favor with a one-time $10 credit on your next bill!
MONITOR HOW MUCH POWER OR WATER YOU USE EACH MONTH
- Track your electric or water usage over time. Some electric customers can even see daily usage information.
REPORT AN OUTAGE, MANAGE NOTIFICATIONS, ROUND UP FOR THE RAINY DAY FUND
- On the Smart Hub Home Page you can access everything you need to manage your PUD account. Find links to our monthly newsletter, report an outage, or donate money to neighbors in need via our Rainy Day Fund. Choose to round up to the nearest dollar or make a one time donation.
Download the App for your Mobile Device
- On the bottom left of the home page of Smart Hub you’ll find links the Android and Apple App stores. Click to download the mobile application for your smartphone or tablet. You can also download the app directly from your device’s app store by searching for “SmartHub.”
  
  Once downloaded, Smart Hub functions like any app on your phone or tablet. Use it any time to manage your Jefferson PUD account.
