The Meeting Archives pages contain audio recordings of Board of Commissioner (BOC) and Citizen Advisory Board (CAB) public meetings, as well as links to associated meeting documents like Agenda Packets, Minutes, and Presentations in pdf format.

Media Player Instructions
- - The most recent 10 meetings are always displayed on this page. Older or more specific types of meetings can be accessed by selecting options to the right (or below on a mobile device).
  - Regular Meetings of the BOC are held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, and include published agenda packets.
  - CAB Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month.
  - Special Meetings of the BOC are scheduled as needed and are usually dedicated to specific tasks or topics. PDFs of presentations are linked below the audio recordings.
  - Meeting Recordings are generally posted within 2 business days of the meeting.
  - Minutes are posted only after BOC or CAB approval and signing, and may not be posted online for 2 or more months after the meeting has taken place.
  - The media player below has a “chapters” feature that allows listeners to click ahead to specific agenda points in Regular BOC and CAB meetings.
  - Audio files can also be downloaded and played on your preferred PC media player. Note- files are often over 100MB.
  - The media player below works best in the most recent version of web browsers like Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. It has limited functionality in Internet Explorer, and may not work in older browsers.
  - The media player also works on the most recent versions of IOS and Android mobile devices.
  - The media player may not work in some older browsers.
  - The media player may take a few seconds to load into your browser.
  - If an audio file is not compatible with your computer or was recorded before 2017, please email our web support for a link to download the requested file.
  - Transcripts provided within the audio player are computer generated and do not represent a complete or accurate accounting of participant speech during meetings of the PUD BOC. They have not been altered or edited by PUD staff or contractors and are provided within the audio player as an additional reference tool for quickly searching meeting information.
