Quilcene Fair and Parade

JPUD was awarded state and federal funding to build over 200 miles of 10 gigabit fiber internet to more than 1200 homes along the eastern edge of the Olympic National Forest from Mt Walker to Gardiner and Chimacum. We’ll be celebrating our progress to date (mainline fiber construction is almost complete!) and discussing next steps (service installation inside the home). We’ll have a broadband demonstration booth setup at the fair and we’ll have some BBQ and Ice Cream sandwiches to share. We hope you can join us.
The Fair runs from 10-3pm, but our event activities will be as follows:
- 11am: Parade with Fiber and Line Trucks
- 12pm: Fiber Project Ribbon Cutting
- 1pm: Project Area Tour in Shuttle Bus.
