Jefferson County Public Utility District No. 1 maintains a Small Works Roster for various projects up to $350,000. Contractors wishing to make application to Jefferson PUD for designation as a contractor on the District’s Small Works Roster must complete an application and, if applicable, the electrical pre-qualification application.

2025 Contractor Pre-Qualification
Jefferson County PUD No. 1, Port Townsend, Washington, is updating its Pre-Qualified Electrical Contractor Roster for contract work for electrical facility construction or improvement in accordance with State of Washington requirements. Contractors must be pre-qualified by the District’s Board of Commissioners annually to work on the District’s electrical and/or fiber systems. Typical contracts bid under this list include construction or improvement of electrical transmission and distribution lines, pole inspection and treatment, tree trimming and brushing, etc. Fiber work may consist of splicing, overhead and/or underground fiber construction projects.
