If
you are looking for the Water Use Efficiency Reports,
please click here.
The PUD along with other public and private water systems
are obligated by law under the Clean Water Act to annually produce
and publish reports regarding the quality of drinking water we
serve our customers. As an added service, we have placed all these
reports online for your interest. CCRs are sent to our customers
in June of each year. Each report is for the test results for the previous
calendar year (ie a 2004 CCR is for water testing performed in 2003)
We are not required to record every chemical tested, only those that
excede federal standards or those that pose a specific health hazard.
Frequently, there will be no detectable contminants to report, however
we will report the test. Nitrate and chloride for instance are frequently
tested and not detected. In every water system where arsenic has been
measured we are required to post that information regardless of the amount
detected dating back to 2001 test results. If you have an questions regarding
the CCRs please contact Bill Graham at the PUD at 385-5800 x 302 or email
at bgraham@jeffpud.org.
